The subscription information you purchase is for your use only. If the password protection program on this server detects that your username is being used by multiple parties, your account will be immediately terminated without refund. For this reason, it is important that you select a username and password that are hard to guess and that you do not share your password with anyone else. Password sharing and theft are strictly prohibited!

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Hungmen.net provides its service to you subject to the Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated at any time without notice to you. Any changes posted are effective immediately upon posting and may be applied retroactively at the discretion of Hungmen.net. In addition, when using particular services, you and Hungmen.net shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services which may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the TOS.

YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS

NO RESALE OF SERVICE
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.

TERMINATION
Hungmen.net, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Service if it believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the TOS. Hungmen.net shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service.
